Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
You will be presented with a range of delivery options at the checkout. These include Standard 2-3 day delivery, next day and Saturday delivery and options for more remote parts of the UK. The costs are calculated on the value of your order and are free above defined levels.

Guaranteed delivery options are subject to stock and availability and orders must be received by 3.00 pm to be despatched the same day. Orders with a total weight exceeding 30 Kg will be subject in most cases to a delivery surcharge and we will contact you to seek your agreement to this. All carriage charges are subject to VAT at 17.5%.
Delivery Schedule
We carry stock of most items and will normally ship same day for orders received by 3.00 pm. The time taken to deliver the goods depends on the service you select and your location, If you need advice on shipping options call us on 01384 78081 during office hours.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Remittance Terms
Goods will not normally be shipped until full payment has been received. If you pay by credit or debit card we will ship on acceptance of the transaction by our payment processing system. If you prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer we will ship on confirmation of cleared funds in our account.
